About Us Doc Hunters is a Nationwide Title Research and Vendor Management Company. We have a 6 year history of doing title research, document retrieval and recordings in any one of the over 3000 U.S. counties. We have our own large In-House Abstracting Unit and a Vendor Management Unit working with thousands of abstractors nationwide. Our clients include title companies of all sizes, from the largest to the smallest.
Customer Service Doc Hunters has live Customer Service and extended hours of operation that make us available during regular business hours for all U.S. time zones. We strongly believe that clients should not get voice jailed or otherwise delayed and that Customer Service must be as close to instant as possible. Our Customer Service Department will help you with your status needs and act on your behalf to beat the bushes for any issues, stops or slows related to problem orders.
Technology In addition to live customer service, clients can also use our website to track the status of work in progress or to retrieve copies of past completed orders. Images include a completion cover sheet, invoice, abstract summary form and any document pages. Images stay available for six months before archiving. To see our client web access in action, go to the Client Log In page and use "sample" for the log in, password and order number. Click on “View Images” to see the completed order. Orders can also be submitted via our website. Clicking on “Submit New Web Order” will show you our web order submission page. This dumps your orders directly into our Doc Tracker program for immediate vending and sends you a confirmation email. You can enter a test order to see it in action. We are, of course, just as ready to receive orders or send completed work by fax, email or snail mail.
